The Directors Alliance was the minority alliance formed on Total Drama Back in Action.
History[]
Despite the alliance being officially formed post merge at the first merged episode, the three voted together on many occasions pre merge.
Max decided to form an alliance with the remaining Directors to try and counter the dominant Fab 3. Dawn and Rodney joined quickly while Gwen was hesitant about joining and eventually decided not to when voting against Dawn later at the ceremony. Max tried to get Justin on his side to blindside Harold but failed when Dawn, was blindsided in a 6-3-1 vote. Max quickly followed for being annoying in a 7-1-1 vote.
Knowing he was next, Rodney tried his hardest to win immunity but failed. Unbeknownst to him, the majority alliance was actually planning to blindside DJ. Rodney voted with the majority and DJ was eliminated, although he did receive three votes. The alliance officially disbanded in the next episode as Rodney was eliminated in a 4-3 vote over Justin. At the finale, the alliance voted for Gwen to win over Leshawna.

- Rodney was the only member of the alliance to outlast a member of the opposing team, being DJ.
